this is my 3rd pair of razor slim fit. as an instructor it is very important to be able to hear students when on the line. my wife and i are both instructors and each have a pair of these. we also purchased the walkie talkie that fits these and she and i are able to talk to one another if needed when we are at opposite ends of the range. the only reason i have had to purchase new razors is because the plastic bracket that attaches to the ear muff broke off. even with that happening, they are still worth the price IMHO

Used these to shoot at an indoor range for the first time. I had to wear earplugs underneath to double up on hearing protection because I just really wanted extra hearing protection. These felt completely comfortable, could hear my friend and my instructor perfectly with the volume control on the lowest setting. I forgot that I even had them on. Usually I hate wearing headphones of any kind because I’m sensitive to them squeezing my head and I get a headache. That was not a problem with these. Highly recommended!

I’m pretty new to the more expensive headset so I didn’t know what to expect so I’ll start off by saying these are very good… the manage to muffle the sound of gun fire while able to amplify voices so you don’t have to yell at the range anymore.. Definitely a must buy if your pretty frequent at the gun range. They don’t charge only take batteries but the battery life is pretty good.

I teach CPL classes, I purchased these so I could hear my students better on the range. At first I was skeptical about how well they would work. But one of my students brought his 50 cal. desert eagle just to shoot and WOW!!!! these made it sound like a 22 pistol. I am very impressed with these. I have the walkers razors for my students but am looking into buying more of these walkers for them to use.

I can see they don’t seem to need another review here, but I see many people wearing additional plugs under there ears, and all the rentals I tried prior to this set left my ears ringing and me feeling like I needed additional plugs as well.
When I finally bought my own pair, I did a lot of digging and bought the best reviewed pair I could find. I spent a day at an indoor range recently with a friend that has an AK and some AR’s. These ears muffled those guns good enough I didn’t feel the need to wear plugs under them. There were some people next to us firing some higher calibers and I didn’t feel like I was coming out of my skin like with other sets.
I loved them so much I got a second pair in case my wife joins me, or a friend needs a set.
Worth the money IMO.

Bought these on a recommendation of a friend and the many positive reviews. If a marine shooting instructor says they are excellent, that’s good enough for me. I can’t say the instructions were the best. However, I finally located the battery housing and figured out that the sound control was, in effect backwards. When turned off, excellent muffling of rifle noise in an indoor range. I was shooting an AR-15. If you turn on the volume, you can talk to someone at the highest settings. Sounds like you are inside a tin can, but who cares.
Was easy to reach and adjust the volume control. Fit well (I have a medium-sized head) and had no trouble shooting a rifle with them. Yes, I would definitely recommend.
