These are just kind of OK because they are better than nothing, but they do not stay in my ears. I thought they were shooters ear plugs, that mold into your ear. They don’t: I have to keep pushing them back in. I gave three stars because they do minimize noise somewhat, but not nearly enough. They are just better than the last brand I tried.

I bought these and the 3M ear plugs and I liked the 3M better because they were more flexible.
If you like a stiffer plug then these are the ones.

One can either Pay to Protect Their Hearing or ask Others to Repeat what they Said, Later in Life. Hearing Loss due to Noise is no Joke, Construction Workers, Operators of Outdoor Equipment, or Anyone else in a Noisy Environment should always keep a Pair of Earplugs in Their Pocket or Vehicle.
Foam Earplugs are not the Best, by any Means, however they are somewhat Effective and Affordable, because Fact is, Earplugs can become very Dirty and Nasty after even a Single Use. So Affordability to Replace, can be an Issue, especially on Hot Days doing Dirty Jobs. Although these are Very Much Washable and Reusable. Even Washer Safe, though unless in a Bag or something, would not Recommend tossing in the Washer, if these were to end up in the Pump, they could Damage the Washer.
