They work for what they’re supposed to do **IF** they fit you properly, which of course, is great. The bluetooth, you cannot turn it off if you don’t use it and that is irritating. Switching between the modes works easily. They’re basically not adjustable on the headband, it pivots between two notches and I find this to be the most upsetting things about them: if you can’t fit them perfectly to your head size so that they fit your ears right, then they range from not sufficient to useless.
