Sent email, called twice, waited on hold more than 30 minutes to get some help. Customer service crew has no real idea about the technical side of this radio. It would not work with any of 3 brands of other FRS radios we have in our fleet. Trying to say “CTCSS” to support folks got what would seem to be a blank gaze response. We tried this device with a second Razor radio/muff set, and it works just fine. That is not what we needed, so moving on. It is a good idea, too bad it doesn’t actually play very well with others.

Ordered 5 of these. Our group can communicate with each other hands free and pick our target so we are not shooting at the same animal. They have a decent range. We really like the hands free feature. We highly recommend if you are using walkie-talkies.
